Today ..As I was meditating a thought became vivid and active. 
Words appeared to me.

“The human race, they ask for change almost on a consistent basis.
          New experiences, dreams and goals we want to enter our life. When our affirmations, manifestations, prayers, blessings began to form and enter into our life, it makes us uncomfortable. 

We feel as if we are being challenged. We are being asked or pushed to do things we are not familiar with, things we have never done before. This makes us feel like change is confrontation.

Change IS confrontation. Change is growth.  

Be careful what you ask for.

My Usui Reiki Experience when I was attuned in 2012

I will be offering usui reiki attunement this week. What is Reiki? The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, helps with relaxation, and promotes healing inwardly and outwardly. The life force energy of Reiki is within all of us. A long distance attunement is just as powerful as hands on :-) Reiki can be performed hands on or long distance.
