My definition of frequency of energy: An exchange of energy of any form, being received from any place. Time and space has no boundaries or meaning in this type of interaction. For those who are restricted within their thoughts, this concept may be hard to comprehend. I wanted to share an interaction (frequency of energy) that occurred yesterday. A friend of mine that lives in the Philippines contacted me online. In the middle of our online chatting and reminiscing about 5 years ago I blinked, then an image quickly appeared in my mind.
