Frequency of Energy

My definition of frequency of energy: An exchange of energy of any form, being received from any place. Time and space has no boundaries or meaning in this type of interaction. For those who are restricted within their thoughts, this concept may be hard to comprehend.

I wanted to share an interaction (frequency of energy) that occurred yesterday.
A friend of mine that lives in the Philippines contacted me online. In the middle of our online chatting and reminiscing about 5 years ago I blinked, then an image quickly appeared in my mind.
Below is a transcript of our conversation.

actually i pick up an image a moment ago

i dont have meesenger on my phone any more.. trying to send to myself.. so i can attached.. im not sure what the image is..

My Usui Reiki Experience when I was attuned in 2012

I will be offering usui reiki attunement this week. What is Reiki? The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, helps with relaxation, and promotes healing inwardly and outwardly. The life force energy of Reiki is within all of us. A long distance attunement is just as powerful as hands on :-) Reiki can be performed hands on or long distance.
